Asking guests to call or text when they have arrived for their appointment; no waiting areas in the salon/spa
Upon guests entering the salon/spa, we ask questions to screen for COVID-19 and check body temperatures before beginning any services.
Employees temperatures are also checked at the beginning of their shift as well as throughout the day.
Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout our space.
Increased hand washing
All employees are masked at all times.
Dividers have been hung between shampoo stations.
Hair styling stations and pedicure stations are only being used at every other space in order to give an abundance of physical distance.
Management is keeping records of which station service providers have utilized in order to have complete ability to provide accurate contact tracing if needed.
Manicure stations have been spaced out, moved into other areas as well as having plexi-glass dividers between the guest and service provider.
Every single service area is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every single guest. Cleanliness has always been a top priority at FnH. Our sanitation practices meet, and in many cases exceed, sanitation guidelines published by the IDPH and IDFPR.
Our support staff is continuously working to sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
